Congratulations!  You made it!  Its closing day!  Your Realtor has navigated the process and you are ready to buy your new home!  The title company has cleared the title and the lender has approved the loan and everyone is scheduled to close.  You're done!  Sit down and sign the documents and breathe a sigh of relief as Your Montana Realtor hands you the keys to your new home.  Keep in mind that most contracts will require you to wait until the documents are recorded with the county to transfer ownership so you may not see the keys immediately at closing, you may have to wait until later that day if you have an early closing or even the following afternoon if you close later in the day.  But it will all be worth it when you walk through the threshold of your new home.
